3.3.2.1  Service conditions.  The test set shall meet the operating test
requirements of this specification under any environmental service-condition
or combination of conditions specified in MIL-T-28800 for class 2 equipment,
except as modified herein.

3.3.2.1.1 Temperature.
installed, shall meet all operating test requirements of this specification
when tested at the limited temperatures of O to 55C. The test set with
battery pack (PN 178AS200) installed shall meet all electrical requirements
for a minimum of 30 minutes when tested at temperatures of O to -40C under
the following conditions:
