5 . 1 L e v e l s o f preservation
and packaging.
5.1.1 Level A.
The lift truck shall be preserved and packaged in accord-
ance with MIL-STD-162.

5.2
5.2.1 Level A.
The lift truck shall be crated to conform to MIL-C-104,
style B, sillbase crating.
5.2.2 Level B.

5.1.1, shall he prepared for shipment as a mobile load.
5.2.3 Level C.
The lift truck shall be prepared for shipment in such a
manner as to insure safe transportation at the lowest rate to the point of
delivery.
The lift truck, so prepared, shall meet uniform classification rules
or regulations of other carriers as applicable to the mode of transportation.
5 . 3 M a r k i n g .  In addition
to any special marking specified by the contract
or purchase order,  the crates
shall be marked in accordance with MIL-STD-129.
The nomenclature shall be as
follows.

6.1  Intended  use
The lift truck covered by this specification is Intended
