the following conditions when tested as specified in 4.4.5. Any item that
may require adjustment shall be set prior to any testing:
Improper interrelationship of components.
Improper fit, tightness, or alignment of components.

Improper number of cycles, cycle times, or water levels.

Improper operation of controls.
Overheated bearings or motors.

Leaks during filing, washing, rinsing, or draining cycles.

Improper or incomplete operation of pressure controls, air

3.6.8 Cleaning capability.

3.6.9 Moisture removal.  The test clothes shall not retain moisture more
than 133 percent of initial dry weight of clothes when tested as specified in
4.4.5.
3.6.10 Door gasket.  There shall be no sign of leakage of or around the
door when tested as specified in 4.4.5.
3.6.11 Endurance.  The washer shall launder wool blankets when tested as
specified in 4.4.5 (see 6.3.1).  All components shall operate properly and
there shall be no damage to any of the components or any misalignment of any
part throughout the test.  There shall be no signs of damage, structural
failures, inconsistencies, or evidence of any conditions identified in 3.6.7.
3.6.12 Road traverse.  The washer assembly shall traverse the test course
and show no damage or any misalignment of any component. The components
shall remain securely fastened to the washer assembly with no evidence of
looseness or evidence of any conditions identified in 3.6.7, and the washer
shall function correctly in all males when tested as specified in 4.4.5 (see
6.3.1 and 6.3.2).
3.6.13 Rail impact.  The washer assembly shall show no damage to any
component and shall function correctly when tested as specified in 4.4.5 (see
6.3.1 and 6.3.2).
3.6.14 Leak test.  This test shall be performed when all other required
tests are complete (including 3.6.11, 3.6.12, and 3.6.13). The washer
assembly shall show absolutely no evidence of water leaks through seals,
seams, valves, pipe f ittings, or any other component when tested as specif ied
in 4.4.5.
Marking for identification shall be in accordance with
3.7 Marking.
