and operating down to a minimum temperature of -25 degrees F (-31.67 degrees C). The
welding machine shall not be adversely affected by storage down to a minimum
temperature -28 degrees F (-33.4 degrees C) for at least 8 hours.
3.4.3.2 High temperature.  The welding machine shall be capable of being started
and operating up to a maximum temperature of +120 degrees F (+48.9 degrees C). The
welding machine shall not be adversely affected by storage for at least 8 hours up to
a maximum temperature of +160 degrees F (+71.1 degrees C).  In addition the welding
machine shall not be adversely affected by a relative humidity between 80 and 100
percent during high temperature operation and storage.
