6.5 First article. When a first article is required for
inspection and approval, see 3.20 and 4.3.
6.6 Government furnished parts and support. The Procuring
Agency will provide support components and facilities for
ballistic testing.
6.7 Source control and specification control drawings.
Certificates of conformance from the supplier certifying that the
item complies with the drawing requirements shall be provided to
the Government representative.
6.8 Changes from previous issue. The margins of this
specification are marked with asterisks or vertical lines to
indicate where changes (additions, modifications, corrections,
deletions) from the previous issue were made. This was done as a
convenience only and the Government assumes no liability whatsoever
for any inaccuracies in these notations. Bidders and Contractors
are cautioned to evaluate the requirements of this document based
on the entire content irrespective of the marginal notations and
relationship to the last previous issue.
