Add new paragraph 4.5.4:
"4.5.4  Push-off test .  A push-off test shall be set up to
simulate the removal of the environmental protector.  The
dimensions of the simulated umbilical cable connector where the
environmental protector fits on shall have .368 .001 inch
large outside diameter,  .273 .001 inch small outside
diameter, and .157 . 001 inch width of the large outside
diameter.  The surface shall have 32 microinches finish all
over.  A steady load shall be applied with a hemi-spherical
(.180 . 005 inch radius) plunger against the inside surface of
the environmental protector.  Any environmental protector that
does not meet the required load shall be classed defective."

6.3:  Delete "US Army Armament Research and Development Command,
ATTN:  DRDAR-QAF-I"  and substitute "Armament Research,
Development and Engineering Center, US Army Armament, Munitions
and Chemical Command, ATTN:  SMCAR-QAF-I".
