3.4.2.3.1 Leveling "fill" valve closing. The leveling "fill" valve shall close within the rotation
specified in table II when tested per 4.6.19 through 4.6.22.
3.4.2.3.2 Leveling "drain" valve opening. The leveling "drain" valve shall open within the
rotation specified in table II when tested per 4.6.19 through 4.6.22.
