Incident
An incident is defined as an occurrence or detection of any actual, intermittent or incipient malfunction,
safety hazard or degradation in the performance of the M1 MCBS. An incident is any event, regardless of
its apparent importance or unimportance, that is cut of the ordinary, unexpected or other than required for
the M1 MCBS.
