MIL-B-63299A(AR)
dimensional stability is attained.  The inspection data used in
determining the curing time shall be sent to ARDC, Dover, New
Jersey  07801, ATTN:  DRSMC-QAT-M (D).  If there is a change in
material, or in the cycle time, or if a cavity is reworked, or a new
cavity is used, a new curing time shall be established and approved
(see 6.5).
NOTE 2:  Those features of a part which are subsequently machined or
otherwise worked upon to meet its drawing requirements shall be
inspected in accordance with the classification of defects.
4.5.2  Pull test of Battery and Lead Assembly leads.  Dwg.
9292678 - The assembly shall be placed in approved test fixture and
the pull load specified on the drawing shall be applied.
Observation shall be made for compliance with the applicable drawing
(Non-Destructive test.)
requirement.
4.5.3
Ultrasonic welded assemblies.
4.5.3.1 Seal Leak Test of the Power supply Housing Assembly;
Upper Housing Assembly.  The integrity of the seal or quality of the
weldment and applicable subsequent potting shall be verified by
subjecting the assemblies to an internal pressure of 75 3 psig and
measuring the pressure drop in a 5 second minimum time interval. A
leak rate in excess of that specified in 3.5 shall indicate
excessive leakage and reject the assembly.  Dry nitrogen shall be
used to apply the required pressure and the assembly under test
shall be held in a fixture such that the fixture will not aid the
sealing being tested.  The test fixture shall incorporate a means
(Non-Destructive
for sealing the outside parts of the four sensors.
Test).
4.5.3.2 Torque test of selector switch assy.  The required
torque shall be applied between the selector switch assy and the
upper housing assy of the Electronic and Housing Assembly, Dwg.
9292679.  The resistive force shall act on the upper housing assy.
Observation shall be made for conformance to the requirement of
3.5.2.  (Non-Destructive Test).
4.5.4  Electrical circuit checks of Body Assemblies.  Dwg .
9292680 - The circuits checks as listed in Table II shall be
performed on the complete Body Assemblies.  Body assemblies failing
the requirements listed shall be rejected.  (Non-Destructive Test).
4.5.5  Transportation-Vibration of Body Assemblies.  The lot
acceptance test samples of Body Assemblies shall be serialized and
secured in fixtures, then assembled to the table of the vibrator and
tested in accordance with Test 119, Procedure 2, of MIL-STD-331.
Observation shall be made for compliance with the requirement of
3.3.1.  Samples shall be used in subsequent testing.
