4.6.2.8.1 Reliability and Environmental Test Limits - When the test
specified in 4.6.2.8 is performed during the tests specified in 4.4.1.1
and 4.6.12 through 4.6.24, the following shall apply:
In 4.6.2.8b(1) and e(1), the positive and negative roll
a.
angle, respectively, shall be 4 30' in lieu of 4 15'.
In 4.6.2.8b(2) and e(2) the positive and negative roll angle,
b.
respectively, shall be 3 00' in lieu of 3 15'.
c.
Disconnect all test equipment.
4.6.3 Compass System Controller - The following compass system
controller tests shall be conducted.
4.6.3.1 Mode Selector - The mode selector switch on the compass system
controller shall be tested as follows:
a. Measure the resistance between connector 3J1-5 (Hi) or 3J1-24
(Hi), and 3J1-23 (LOW). The resistance shall be within the following
limits shown in table XIII for each position of the mode selector switch:

Hemisphere Selector - The hemisphere selector switch on the
compass system controller shall be tested as follows:
Set the latitude control at the 900 position.
