4.6.2.3 Power consumption. Using a dynamometer or a calibrated motor, operate
the compressor pump at rated capacity and speed, and determine the brake
horsepower required. A power requirement in excess of the engine manufacturers
advertised continuous brake horsepower rating at the applicable speed shall
constitute failure of this test.
