c. Simultaneous hoist and extension.
(1) Attach rated load to the hook block in accordance
with the
load rating chart for maximum boom extension at a
60
degree boom angle.
(2) Begin at full boom retraction; the crane operator
shall
lower the load using the hoist control and extend
the boom
simultaneously.
