SHORT RANGE
TRAINING AMMUNITION
PERFORMANCE SPECIFICATION FOR
This specification is approved for use by the U.S. Army Armament,
Munitions and Chemical Command, and is available for use by all
Departments and Agencies of the Department of Defense.
SCOPE
1.
1.1 Scope. This specification covers quality assurance
provisions and preparation for delivery for Cartridge, 5.56mm
Short Range Training Ammunition (SRTA) (see 6.1).

this document to the extent specified herein. Unless otherwise
specified, the issues of these documents are those listed in the
