Notes
There is one text size of 1.52 mm (0.06 inch) for all annotation (e.g.,
electric).  When it is not obvious from line symbology to what portion
of an arc the annotation applies, annotation is used for clarification.
The beginning and end of an electric portion of a railroad cannot be
determined from the line symbol.
Railroad yards and stations exist as annotation as well as any notes
written along railroad tracks that are not included by the coding scheme
[e.g., electric (602.4), approximate alignment (602.7)].
