a. Coverage contents. This coverage contains the name of a
populated place stored in a point feature table.
Attribute values are as described in the integer value
description table (TABLE 154).
b. Attribute definitions. TABLE 155 describes the
attribution for the populated places point feature table
(PPPOINT.PFT).
c. Text feature table. TABLE 156 provides the schema for
the populated places text primitive table (PPTEXT.TFT).
