Each IC lot shall be screened through these test 100 percent prior
to being submitted to the initial electrical test. Any IC fail-
ing to pass all of the above conditioning tests shall be classed
defective and removed from the lot. The Government shall monitor
these tests during their performance to assure that they comply
requirements of 3.6.

3.7), Major Defects. - Each lot shall be tested 100 percent for
the Pre-Burn-In Static electrical parameters of Table No. 8 in the
sequence shown and in accordance with 4.4.4, after passing the
condition screen tests of 4.3.3.3.
