4.5.23 Fuze arming and non-arming definitions.
4.5.23.1
Ambient temperature.
a.  Times under .63 seconds are classed as arming time safety
failure.
b.  Times . 63 through 0.88 seconds are classed as arming time
under minimum.
c.  Times 1.26 seconds through 1.60 seconds are classed as
arming time over maximum.
d.  Times over 1.61 seconds or fuzes which do not arm or fuzes
which time but not detent are classed as failures to arm.
4.5. 23.2 Cold temperature.
a.  Times under .63 seconds are classed as arming time safety
failure.
b.  Times .63 through 1.08 seconds are classed as arming time
under minimum.
c.  Times 1.66 seconds through 2.00 seconds are classed as
arming time over maximum.
d.  Times over 2.01 seconds or fuzes which do not arm or fuzes
which time but do not detent are classed as failures to arm.
4. 5.23.2 Hot temperature.
a.  Times under .63 seconds are classed as arming time safety
failure.
b.  Times .63 through .88 seconds are classed as arming time
under minimum.
c.  Times 1.26 seconds through 1.60 seconds are classed as
arming time over maximum.
d.  Times over 1.61 seconds or fuzes which do not arm or fuzes
