All modules shall be serialized.
2. A setter that represents the helicopter setter system shall be
used for acceptance of all modules.
Fixed voltage setter to be used for information on all modules.

4. The same units shall be tested in the same sequence using the
same module for both the compensated and fixed voltage sections and
data be readily identifiable back to the serialized units. There
shall be a one day interval between the compensated and fixed voltage
tests with the compensated test preceding the fixed voltage test.
