6.3.7 Defective weapon. IF any fuze firing defect is
considered to have been caused by a defective test weapon, and
verified by the government, the firing defect shall be considered
a no-test. In such cases, the defective test weapon shall be
corrected or replaced and the test repeated in a whole or in part,
as indicated.
