3. REQUIREMENTS
3.1 Description. The bandpass filter is a plug-in electronic assembly
composed of various electronic components which are sealed in a metal con-
tainer. Its purpose is to pass a narrow band of frequencies to the next
stage, while rejecting or shunting to ground all other frequencies applied
to its input terminals.
