Individual Tests - Individual tests shall be conducted on each

Sampling Tests - Film-Tapes submitted for sampling tests shall

quality of sample tests to be performed shall be as specified in
the detail specification or the contract.
Sampling - The Film-Tape shall be examined by a sample selected

from each lot in accordance with MIL-STD-105, inspection level
Assurance quality level (AQL) as specified shall be determined

in accordance with the following paragraph.
Classification of Defects - All dimensional characteristics shall

be considered defective when out of tolerance. All physical
properites shall be considered defective when outside the
specified minimum$ maximum, or range as applicable. The
specified AQL for each category shall be applicable to the
cumulative defects for that category found in sample. Table 2
lists possible defects, major and minor defect categories, arbitrary
defect numbers, and methods of inspection.
