4.4.3.3.5 Operating Parameters to be Measured at Standard Input - As a minimum,
the performance characteristics listed in table 2 shall be measured between times T5
and T6 of the Temperature cycle. Failure to meet these requirements shall
constitute a failure. During each hour of equipment operation, the units shall be
vibrated for 10 minutes at a nonresonant frequency of 50 to 60 Hz with a peak
acceleration of 2.Og + 10 percent.

4.4.4 Special Tests - Special tests shall be conducted for the purpose of
checking the effect of any design or material change on the performance of the
equipment and to assure adequate quality control. The equipment selected for
special tests may be selected from equipments previously subjected to the sampling
or reliability assurance tests.
4.4.4.1 Special Test Schedule - Selection of equipments for special tests
shall be made as follows:
(1) On an early equipment after an engineering or material change.
(2) Whenever failure reports or other information indicate additional
tests are required. (This will be determinedly the procuring
activity.]
4.4.4.2 Scope of Tests - Special tests shall, as a minimum, consist of the
tests delineated in Column IId of table 1. Additional tests may be required by the
procuring activity based on the nature of failures experienced and/or the changes
necessitating the .special test. Test procedures previously approved for the
