3.2.5.9.1 Panal. An instruction panal contained all instructments listed in 3.2.5.9(a),
(b), (c), (f), (g) and 3.3.9 shall be furnished with each engine designed for mounting on
the engine, off of but adjacent to the engine or located at the engine control stand. Panal
mounted instruments shall be flush mounted and 3-1/2 or 4-1/2 dial size and shall be shock
resistant  design.  All  duplex  gages  shall  be  4-1/2  inch  size.  Instruments
for reading from operating station and for maintenance and calibration checks. Instruments
shall be accordance with and installed inaccordance with table I as applicable:
