6.3 First article. When first article is required, it shall be tested and
approved under the appropriate provisions of 7-104.55 of the Defense Acquisition

examinations, test and approval of the first article.
6.4 Changes from previous issue. Asterisks are not used in this revision to
identify changes with respect to the previous issue, due to the extensiveness Of
