MILITARY SPECIFICATION
INTEGRATED CIRCUIT, DIGITAL, COMOS, TIME BASE AND
SPECIAL PURPOSE FUNCTION GENERATOR, MONOLITHIC, SILICON
This specification is approved for use by the US Army
Armament Research and Development Command, and is available for
use by all Departments and Agencies of the Department of
Defense.
SCOPE
1.
1.1 This specification covers the detail requirements for
a single, monolithic, complementary symmetry metal-oxide-
semi-conductor (COMOS) microcircuit to be used as a low power
time base and special purpose function generator in a family of
scatterable mine assemblies.
It is intended for high shock
environments.
2.
APPLICABLE DOCUMENTS

this specification to the extent specified herein.
