REQUIREMENTS
3.
3.1 Material. -The materials and parts for the Initiator
sub-assembly shall be In accordance with the applicable drawings
and specifications listed in 2.1.  The materials for the outer
cup and the inner sleeve shall have a tolerance of 1 ercent
for tin, + 0.75 percent for the since, and 0.5 percent for
cadmium.
3.2 Stability. -The propellant for the front support shall
not completely change the color of the methyl violet paper to
salmon pink color in less than sixty (60) minutes when tested In
accordance with 4.3.3.1.
3.3 Bulk Density .-The bulk density of the front support
shall be 1.30 grams per cubic centimeter maximum when tested
as specified In 4.3.3.2.
