4.3.3 Testing

4.3.3.1 Electrical circuit and continuity test (see dwg 457888) -
Major defect - Code No.01009
Each lot of igniters shall be tested as
specified In 4.4.1 using equipment accordance with 4.3.4. The sampling
plan for this test shall be in accordance with MIL-STD-105 using an AQL
of 0.15 percent. If the sample fails the AQL reject level, the lot shall
be rejected.

4.3.3.2 Insulation Breakdown Test (see dwg 457888) - Major defect -
Code No, 01010. Using the acceptable samples from 4.3.3.1 test the igniters
as specified In 4.4.2 using equipment in accordance with 4.3.4. An AQL of
0.15 percent applies. If the sample fails the AQL reject level, the lot
shall be rejected. Samples from this test returned to the lot shall have
the lead wire ends short circuited and verified by the Government representa-
tive prior to return to the lot.
