5.1.1.3 Outer container. Place twenty-four ignition element kits (two ignition elements each)
packaged as specified in 5.1.1.1 and 5.1.1.2 in a wood box conforming to PPP-B-621, Style 4, Class 2,
Grade A. Use material as specified in PPP-C-1797 or equal, to fill voids and ensure a tight fit. Close and
reinforce box according to PPP-B-621.
5.1.2 Level C. Minimum packaging and packing for those ignition elements intended for
expenditure in first article and production lot acceptance tests shall be level C.
5.2 Marking.
5.2.1 Special marking. Marking of outer containers shall be in accordance with 49 CFR 171-178.
