3. REQUIREMENTS
3.1 Quality evaluation items. On each contract samples of launchers,
parts and pilot pack representing initial production shall be forwarded
to the designated testing agency (see 6.1) for quality evaluation. Launchers
and packaging shall have been inspected and determined acceptable.
