|  Procurement documents should specify the following:

Specify type of life raft required (see 1.1)
(c)
Requirements for first article inspection including test data
(see 5.1 and 4.4)
Requirements for inspection by commercial laboratory and
(d)
instructions for return of tested samples to contractor (see 4.5.2)
Serial numbers for life rafts (see 3.8.1 and 41.5.2)
(e)
Packaging (see 5.1 and 5.2).
(f)
6.3 Changes from previous issue. The margins of this specification are
marked with an asterisk to indicate where changes (additions, modifications,
corrections, deletions) from the previous issue were made. This was done as
a convenience only and the Government assumes no liability whatsoever for
any inaccuracies in these notations. Bidders and contractors are cautioned
to evaluate the requirements of this document based on the entire content
irrespective of the marginal notations and relationship to the last previous
issue.
