NOTES:
1. The input pulse has the following characteristics: VOH = 3 V,
VOL = 0 V, t1 = t0 = 10 ns, tp = 500 ns, PRR ≤ 1 MHz, duty
cycle = 50% 15%, and generator Zout ≈ 50Ω.
2.
CL includes probe and jig capacitance.
3.
All diodes are 1N3064 or equivalent.
4.
Load circuits on a given output are only required where the specific test
given in table III indicates "OUT" on that output. Load circuits may
otherwise be omitted.
