NOTES:
1. VIN = Input pulse and has the following characteristics:
PRR ≤ 1 MHz, t1 = t0 ≤ 2.5 ns.
2. Inputs not under test are at ground or 2.7 V per table III.
3. CL = 50 pF 10%, including scope probe, wiring and stray capacitance without package in test fixture.
4. RL = 499Ω 5%.
5. Voltage measurements are to be made with respect to network ground terminal.
