1/ Complete terminal conditions shall be as specified in table III.
2/ At TC = +125C, VIL = 0.7 V, VOL maximum = 0.45 V.
3/ Not more than one output should be shorted at a time, duration of short circuit not to exceed 5 seconds.

the clock input is grounded.
