MILITARY SPECIFICATION
MICROCIRCUIT, DIGITAL, SCO/DLA MULTICHIP CMOS
This specification is approved for use within the U.S. Army
Armament, Munitions and Chemical Command, and is available for use
by all Departments and Agencies of the Department of Defense.
SCOPE

1.1 Scope. This specification establishes the detailed
requirements for a monolithic CMOS, integrated circuit.
