MILITARY SPECIFICATION
MICROCIRCUIT, DIGITAL, CMOS (INITIAL LOGIC)
This specification is approved for use by the U.S. ARMY Arament
Research and Development Command, and is available for use by all
Departments and Agencies of the Department of Defense.
1.
SCOPE
T h i s specification contains requirements not covered by the
d r a w i n g s and provides quality assurance provisions for fabrication
and packing of a complementary, metal oxide, semiconductor (CMOS)
i n t e g r a t e d circuit used in the MINE, antipersonnel: HE, M74 and
MINE, antitank: HE, M75.
