3.8 Process controls. All process controls essential for the
manufacturing of microcircuits to assure a reliable end item shall be

4.1 Responsibilities for inspection and standard quality assurance
provisions. Unless otherwise specified herein or in the contract, the
provisions of MIL-M-38510 shall apply and are hereby made part of this
detail specification. The supplier is responsible for the performance of
all inspection requirements as specified herein, and the supplier may use
his own or any other facilities suitable for the performance of the tests
and inspection requirements specified herein, unless disapproved by the
Government. In addition, the Government reserves the right to witness or
