4.5.2 Density of the main charge and booster. Density of the
main charge (9278018) and booster (9277827) shall be performed in
accordance with the procedure specified in ASTM Designation D792 -
"Specific Gravity and Density of Plastics by Displacement", Method
A-1. The contractor may use alternate procedures than that
specified herein, subject to the approval of the Government.
4.5.3 Explosive output performance. The main charges or
boosters to be tested (see 4.4.3.3) shall be assembled and
functioned in accordance with Drawing 9277922. The mine assembly
shall be functioned under the plates configured in Fig. 1 following
approved safety procedures.
