REQUIREMENTS
3.1 Device classification.  The microcircuit (device) shall conform to
the product assurance level class B of MIL-M-38510 and as specified herein.
3 2  Device.  The device shall comply with all requirements specified on
Dwg. 9332000 and with all requirements specified in applicable specifications
and standards.
3.3 Design and construction  The design and construction shall comply
with the requirements of MIL-M-38510 for class B devices and 3.2 herein.
3.3.1  Glassivation.  The microcircuit shall be glassivated with silicon
dioxide to render it impervious to a contaminated environment.  The
glassivacion shall cover all electrical conductors except the bonding pads.
3.4 Environmental and mechanical  Devices to be delivered under this
specif ication shall be capable of meeting the following MIL-STD-883
