Quality conformance inspection.
4.4
4. 4.1 Inspection lot formation. Inspection lots shall comply
with the lot formation provisions of MIL-A-48078. Inspection lots
of Housing, Timing and Fuzing shall contain.
a. Electrical detonators (Dwg. 9245691) of one lot interfix
number from one manufacturer (see 4.5.3).
b.
Battery assembly (MIL-B-70731) from one manufacturer.
c. Gas generator (Dwg. 9298530) of one lot interfix number
from one manufacturer.
Integrated circuits (Dwg. 9298507) from one manufacturer.
d.
e. Thick film resistor network (Dwg. 9298496) from one
manufacturer.
f. Darlington transistor (metal can) shall be from one
manufacturer and of one lot interfix number.
Shall be performed as per
4.4.2 Lot acceptance testing.
4.4.3.1.
See MIL-A-48078.
4.4.3 Examination.
a. Sampling plans. Unless otherwise specified in the
Classification of Defects and Testing, sampling plans for
major and minor defects shall be in accordance with
Inspection Level II.
MIL-STD-105.
