PACKAGING
5.
5.1 Preservation and packaging.
5.1.1 Level B. The hardware shall be preserved and packaged
in accordance with MIL-STD-1169. Each package shall contain only
one part number.
5.2 Packing.
5.2.1 Level B. The hardware, preserved and packaged as
specified in 5.1.1, shall be packed for shipment in accordance
with MIL-STD-1169. Each pack shall contain only one part number.
Marking of the carton shall comply with
5.3 Marking.
MIL-STD-1169.
5.4 Shipp ing. When components from more than one lot are
shipped at one time, each lot shall be kept seperate, and the
division between lots clearly indicated to prevent mixing of the
lots in transit.

NOTES
6.1 Intended use. The components covered by the
specification are intended for use on the M86 - Mine,
Anti-Personnel.
6.2 Submission of designs for app roval. See MIL-A-48078.

This address shall be specified on the Contract Data Requirements
List, DD Form 1423 in the Contract. Unless otherwise specified,

6.4 Distribution of ammunition data cards, inspection and
test results, process controls. Distribution of ammunition data
cards, inspection and test results, process controls shall be sent
