3.4.4  Temperature.  The motor shall be capable of withstanding the tem-
peratures for the following specified conditions:
3.4.4.1 Nonoperating and ready nonoperating. The motor shall be cap- .
able of meeting the performance requirements subsequent to withstanding,
in the nonoperating condition, environmental temperatures between -45F
and +140F.  Temperature is defined in 6.3.5
