signal electrical characteristics shall be in accordance with MIL-T-19576.
Altimeter Interface -  The equipment shall accept

parallel data from the Altimeter (type AAU21) under Computer, Navi-
gation program control in accordance with the following requirements:
(1) Range - The altimeter output shall indicate
an altitude range of -1000 to +38,000 feet.
(2) Code - Standard ICOA Altitude Telemetry code
shall be used, A binary 1 shall be represented
by a continuity, a binary 0 by an open circuit.
