System Power - The equipment shall utilize system
power as follows:
5 VDC, 400 mAmp, regulated, from the PP-4964/ASN-84
Power Supply (not available during CMPTR)

Mounting - The Battery Unit shall be mounted on a
shockmount (Ref. Para. 3.5.15). The shockmount shall not be supplied as
part of the equipment.

Color - The Battery unit case shall be lusterless gray,
No. 36231, as specified in FED-STD-595.
3.5.11
Mode Controller C-9856/ASN-124 - The Controller shall
meet the following requirements:
3.5.11.1
Function - The Controller shall provide the pilot
with control and monitoring of the Inertial Measurement Set (IMS) modes and
equipment status. The configuration of the front panel shall conform to
Figure 36.

Form Factor - The Mode Controller, exclusive of front
panel protrusions, attachment points, but including connector projections,
shall be formed within the following maximum dimensions (inches).
