Heading data is being displayed, and an annunciator to indicate INS

True Heading - The Control-Indicator shall provide an
indicator lamp to signal when True Heading data is being displayed on
the HSI. The lamp shall be illuminated green when the True Heading Lamp
power is supplied to the Control-Indicator. The lamp shall provide
integral push-to-test function and adjustable brightness control.
