MIL-P-22497C(OS)
Repeat this with half load and with full rated load.  The unit must meet
the requirements of 3.3.2.  This test shall be repeated with nominal volt-
age inputs of 220 and 440.
4.6.3.4  Static load regulation.  Set output voltages at 25 volts dc no-
load, and vary the load from no-load to continuous rated full load, re-
curding the highest and lowest output voltage readings over the range.
Calculate regulation as follows:
4.6.3.5.1  Overshoot or under shoot. With the voltage switch in the
HIGH RANGE position and the oscilloscope (4.5.3) connected across the
output voltage on the oscilloscope.  The output voltage shall reach 90
vdc within 3 seconds, shall not overshoot 90 vdc by more than 4.5 volts
and shall return to the preset value in less than 0.5 of a second.  After
stabilization,  decrease the output voltage setting from 90 vdc to approxi-
mately 30 vdc within a time span of 2 seconds, observing the oscilloscope
at the same time.  The undershoot shall be less than 1.5 volts.
