TO adjust the pump compensator, close the bypass valve
and adjust for 1500 psi as read on the high-pressure
gage located on the control panel.
TO adjust the pump volume control, open the bypass valve

Close bypass valve.
When the outlet shutoff valve is fully open, hydraulic

During operation, if the high pressure filter becomes
partially clogged causing a differential pressure across

shall light the red indicator located on the control
panel.
If the temperature of the hydraulic fluid reaches 175

deg.F or higher, the power supply shall shut down
automatically thru the. action of the thermostatic
switch.

Preliminary adjustments.
