d. The sensor assembles subjected to the functioning tests
exceed the reject criteria specified in the applicable
paragraphs.
Any AD switch fails any of the examinations or tests
specified in 4.4.2.12.
f. Any housing fails to comply with any of the electrical
tests specified in 4.5.12 (no defects permitted) or the
examinations in 4.4.2.23.
g. The ballistic sample exceeds the allowable defects
(4.4 .3.2 - 4.4.3.7).
4.4 Quality conformance ins pection.
4.4.1 Inspection lot formation. Inspection lots shall comply
with the lot formation provisions of MIL-A-48078. Inspection lots
of Housing, Timing and Fuzing shall contain:
Electric detonators (Dwg. 9245691) of one lot interfix
number from one manufacturer (See 4.5.6).
b. Lead cup assemblies (Dwg. 9298456) of one lot interfix
number from one manufacturer (See 4.5.6).
c.
Battery assembly (MIL-B-48343) from one manufacturer.
d.
Molding compound (MIL-M-48245) from one manufacturer.
e. Gas generator (Dwg. 9298530) of one lot interfix number
from one manufacturer.
f.
Integrated Circuits (Dwg. 9298507) from one manufacturer.
g. Thick Film Resistor Network (Dwg. 9298496) from one
manufacturer .
4.4.2
Examination and tests.
a. Classification of characteristics. Quality conformance
examinations and tests are specified in the following Classification
of Characteristics paragraphs. The contractor's quality program or
detailed inspection system shall provide assurance of compliance of
all characteristics with the applicable drawing and specification
requirements utilizing as a minimum the conformance criteria
specified. Where cited herein, attributes sampling inspection shall
be conducted in accordance with Table I below, using the inspection
levels stated in the Classification of Characteristics paragraphs.
