3.
REQUIREMENTS
3.1 Material.  Materials shall be in accordance with the applicable
drawings and specifications.
3.2 Parts and assemblies.  The parts and assemblies shall comply
with all requirements specified on Drawing (Dwg.) 9292613, all associated
drawings and with all requirements specified in applicable specifications
and standards.
3.3 Moisture content of intermediate charge (calcium chromate and
amorphous boron powder) .  The moisture content of the calcium chromate -
boron powder intermediate charge at the loading station at the time of
loading shall not exceed 0.50 percent.
