REQUIREMENTS
3.
3.1 Materials.  Materials shall be in accordance with the drawings,
specifications, and standards which form a part of this specification.
3.2 Fabrication.  The panel assembly shall be manufactured in accordance
with the applicable drawings listed in Section 2 and drawings pertaining
thereto.
3.3 General specification.  The contractor shall be responsible for
compliance with the following requirements of MIL-F-13926:

Dimensions and tolerances
b.
Inorganic protection surface finishes
c.
d.
Part identification and marking
Workmanship
e.
f.
Soldering electrical connections
3.4 Environmental service conditions. Unless otherwise specified, the
panel assembly shall meet all requirements of this specification at an ambient
temperature between +60 and +90 Fahrenheit (F).
3.4.1 Vibration.  The panel assembly shall show no evidence of physical
failure due to being vibrated successively along three (3) mutually perpendi-
cular axes.  Vibration shall be a simple harmonic motion, the frequency
varying either linearly or logarithmically from 5 to 55 to 5 CPS in five (5)
minute cycles for a total of 15 minutes along each of the axes.  The amplitude
of vibration shall be maintained constant at 1/64 inch (1/32 inch total excur-
sion) (See note under Table IV).
