MILITARY SPECIFICATION
PROJECTILE, TRAINING,
This specification is approved for use by the U.S. Army Armament
Research and Development Command, and is available for use by all
Departments and Agencies of the Department of Defense.
SCOPE
1.
1.1 This specification contains requirements not covered by the
drawings and -provides quality assurance provisions for the fabrica-
tion of parts, assembly and packaging of a training projectile,
M823, to be used to simulate the handling characteristics of the
M712, a 155mm Cannon Launched Guided Projectile (Copperhead).
